Abstract Perimenopusal bleeding is coomomalyencountred in gynecological practice. It accounts for almost 25% of gynecological operations and 20% 0f office visits. Many causes of permenopusal bleeding as endometrial hyperplasia, uterine fibroids, endomertrial polyps and and malignancy. So it requires accurate diagosis of the cause especially endometrial hyperplasia for the possibility of malignancy transformation and many methods used for diagnosis. |
